Shipping options are shown at checkout. Once your order is placed, it usually ships within 3-5 business days.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

You do have the option to purchase Route Shipping Insurance when purchasing any physical products. Shipping insurance will give you peace of mind knowing your package will be covered in the event that it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. However, you do have the option to decline coverge. Please note: By opting out of shipping insurance, we are not liable for stolen, lost, or damaged packages.

Change your mind about your planner purchase? You have 24 hours to cancel your order after it is placed. Please reach out to hello@hellosarahwalsh.com.

Received your order and changed your mind? You have 7 days to reach out and request a refund. The planner must be in unused, excellent condition. Shipping is non-refundable and a 15% restocking fee will apply. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item. Please reach out to hello@hellosarahwalsh.com for help!
